After waiting to venture into the Blu Ray world, I'm very happy with the Panasonic DMP-BD60.
The picture is great, the audio is incredible (I had to turn down the bass on my high-end 7.1 system)!!
The player did get stuck twice on "Hello" after turning it on. That was kind of concerning with a new player. It wouldn't power down, so I had to unplug it. It came back just fine.
The price of this player was very reasonable.Get more detail about Panasonic DMP-BD60 Blu-ray Disc Player, Black.
