This model was specifically selected (even over the more recent BD80) because of several high reviews from various sources all over the internet, including a top pick for Consumer Reports. I now see why this machine was so highly rated. Playback is terrific! There is a loading delay, but no more so than I've noticed in a Panasonic regular DVD player. The finish is clean and simple and everything is readily accessible and easy to use. It's a simple, but solid player. There isn't much to say I haven't said in other reviews, really. Combine this with the Onkyo S6200 and you're pretty well set for a quality Blu-ray movie space...spending less than $700 to elevate your flat screen to the level it was meant to be.
